Getting Started
Starting my journey!
My name is Holly Efting and I live in Houston, TX. I've had a hobby of creating charcuterie masterpieces for quite a few years now. I've always had friends and family that would suggest I should consider doing it professionally but I have traditionally waved it off. I've been a programmer for so long that I couldn't imagine leaving that behind to do this for a living.
But I have a real passion for it. I am always studying great pairings and how to create the perfect balance on each board. And not to mention making all the boards put together for an event compliment one another in fun, interesting and delicious ways.
I started out doing it for family and friends events, then for my boys' school functions. Then I was doing it for a local private high school. Once I started getting invites to do it for the Houston Ballet I felt this might be starting to get serious.
So here we are! H.E. Charcuterie & Co!
